3) What libraries are part of VCH Library Services?
VCH library services includes the libraries at Lions Gate Hospital, Richmond
Hospital, Vancouver Community and the CIBC Centre for Patients and Families
at VGH.
4) Can I access the online journals and databases from home or my
office?
Yes. You will need to contact VCH
Library Services for a username and password.
1) What services do the libraries offer?
Literature searches, training workshops, retrieval of articles, current

1) Can I borrow books and videos?
Yes. VCH members may sign out books or videos by using the VCH
online catalogue or contacting VCH

2) I checked the online catalogue and I can't find the book or video
I'm looking for.
Contact VCH LibraryServices
and we will assist you. VCH Library Services can borrow books and videos
from other libraries and delviery them to your workplace.
1) Do I have to attend a class to learn about database searching?
No, the librarians will offer one-on-one sessions if that work best for
you.
2) How can I request a on-one-one or small group training session?
